First point out your Strength like (1) vocal power,writing ability in black board or presenting ability (2) Preparing and distributing notes (3) Finishing syllabus in time as per plan of teaching (4) When you teach whether you are able to explain questions from students etc
Weakness
(1) Students are not listening and gossipping and there is no interest on subjects you are teaching.List them
(2) Students are indisciplined and disobeying you and not able to control them
(3) Lack of leadership qualities
(4) Less prepared always for teaching
