|  The practice of a Positive Focus in our thinking, in our hearts and through our actions has
been proven time and again to be a conductor to our growth, our expansion and our
success. A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful outcome of
every situation and action. Whatever the mind expects, it finds.
This is for me a natural strength. I am by the very nature of my being a positive focused
individual. Although natural it may be, it still requires practice, patience and forgiveness.
My offer to you is the arena to practice your positive focus. A partnership in the
unearthing of your natural strengths. Together within our partnership we will conduct your
growth, your expansion, and your success by focusing on the positives.
My Coaching style is firstly a comfortable conversation. As the coaching relationship is
reliant on the partnership I tailor my style to that which best supports each of my clients.
You will discover that I have an even energy, easy humour, and will always present my best,
